Lynch Makes It Official: No Indictment For Hillary

Here it is. It's finally, officially over.
A unanimous recommendation. That's news.

Next up, FBI Director James Comey's congressional testimony tomorrow. I'm looking forward to that, and so should you.

  2. on reasonable inference, Comey said two things, to a republican he said that the (c) would mean 'confidential' and she ought to have known that, but to a Democrat who held up the manuel, he also admitted that there was no heading, and that's what is in the manuel for classified, and if it's not there, assuming the document isn't classified is a reasonable inference.

so that is the indication he referred to, three (c)'s in the body of a three emails.

Which is exactly what shows up all the time when you copy a paragraph that was (a), (b) (c) but you only copy (c). That's it, that's what the republicans will try to base 'she lied' on, and of course she didn't lie, she never lies.

did hostile nations obtain confidential information? The state already determined that none of the content would have compromised national security even if it were hacked. Comey didn't say no because he didn't do that analysis, that had been done by State.

  3. Hice wants her "disciplined." I bet he does, I bet he'd like to see lots of girls disciplined, I bet he'd like to be the one who got to watch, what a creep!

  4. also, Comey forgets to say there is first a warning, or a clear violation of a rule that no one else has violated.

  6. he does not want anyone to see him as a dishonest person, is irony never going to die?

  7. one device, Comey says documented more than one device, she meant only one at a time, one blackberry at a time. that is cracked

extremely careless again, but he would not say that about Powell

  8. I do get the strategy of not defending it, and not pointing out Comey's shortcoming in the 'which opinions he's willing to offer' department, only wonks like us care about details anyway, it's always general perception, but it is annoying, that he gets to get away with being male fathead, and no one can mention it. On the other hand I see that he's a real person, but can't he know that two devices is 'not juggling two,' not 'not ever up-grading.'

  9. He says gmail is more secure, based on their 24-hour support, but she had anti-viral software and protective programs, and periodic checks, how can he determine that, he'd have to know how many times gmail was successfully hacked. He said there were unsuccessful attempts to hack, and no evidence of a successful hack.

it's always his comparisons words, less secure? Extremely careless?
