What a night...what an unbelievably amazing night! We got the five-for-five sweep of Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Illinois and Missouri!
This might have actually been the biggest night of the campaign so far, because it effectively put the nomination out of reach for Bernie Sanders. To stay at least halfway competitive, he really needed to win three of those states, but instead he was totally shut out...the most devastating result possible for him. The big loss in Ohio was perhaps the most consequential for several reasons, but it was the massive Texas-sized delegate haul from Florida that truly left him in the dust math-wise.
Last night made clear that Hillary Clinton has the delegates, the states, the votes, the enthusiasm and the momentum...and she will be the Democratic nominee for president in 2016.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump moved ever closer to becoming her opponent. Oh yeah, and...

Watch the victory speech above and let's keep the celebration going today. We've earned it.
But we won't party too long, because tomorrow we will resume the fight to make Hillary Clinton the next President of the United States.
