Wow...No Wonder Bernie Has Abandoned Texas

Clinton is crushing Sanders by 29 points in a new Texas poll conducted right after the Nevada caucuses. His lack of recent campaign events and ad spending here is making a lot of sense right about now. Hillary is going to sweep up some major delegates on Tuesday, so get the party tequila ready.

This comes on the heels of a new Univision/Washington Post national poll of Hispanic voters which has Hillary leading Bernie 57%-28%. This one was taken before Hillary won Nevada.

Also, the WFAA poll shows Trump now tied with Cruz in Texas, with Rubio far behind. Personally, as much as I loath the Donald, I gotta say it would be pretty sweet to see Teddy-boy lose in his home state. Because he's a total creep.

UPDATE: When it rains, it pours. A new Austin American-Statesman online poll has Hillary leading Bernie by 40 points!

UPDATE 2: And it just keeps pouring...

Yet another brand new Texas poll has Hillary leading Bernie 61-30%! All three of today's polls have her over 60 points. Amazing!

UPDATE 3: Wow...

  1. Hope Cruz finishes 2nd in Texas and Rubio 2nd in Florida. Unfortunately, I doubt Trump will finish 2nd in NY.

    1. Susan, you'll write in Bernie even if Bernie tells you it is important to vote for Hillary Clinton?

Why do you support Bernie if you don't believe what he says?

  3. Wow, 538 has her projected win at nearly 40 points (in PollsPlus). Don't think Bernie's going to be able to climb his way out of that one.

  4. Hey Susan, if you want big tax cuts for the wealthy, criminalized abortion, and repeal of the ACA, why don't you just register and vote Republican?

  6. This explains why Sanders has his surrogates on television throwing the kitchen sink at Hillary, when he doesn't have the nerve to say it himself at the town hall. Last night Cornel West was on CNN calling Hillary a "lip syncher" (the Milli Vanilli of politics)and saying Bernie's the person with real integrity. Then Jeff Weaver went on MSNBC and said voters don't "like" Hillary because she has 30 years of baggage that make her unelectable. Pretty desperate, I guess. Not cool.

  7. Whoever the democratic nominee turns out to be (Hillary!) is who all democrats MUST vote for regardless of your personal feelings about Hillary or Bernie. These republican candidates cannot, CAN NOT, get into office!
