My take: She was superb, answering the "why" question as well as making clear that no classified emails were sent. Only rabid GOPers are going to push to "recover" her private emails about Chelsea's wedding and such...and the rest of the public will recoil from this double standard, which represents a TMZification of political journalism. But if they do...go ahead. There will be a backlash, if there isn't one already (see new poll numbers)Her most important quote was actually about Iran: "There appear to be two logical answers," Clinton said. "Either these senators were trying to be helpful to the Iranians or harmful to the commander-in-chief in the midst of high-stakes international diplomacy. Either answer does discredit to the letter's signatories."
Check out this full Q&A document...it's a slam dunk. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2015/03/10/hillary-clinton-statement-q-and-a/24718561/
The email thing is like a Ken Starr investigation: Let's keep looking until we find something.
Yep. It appears at least some in the mews media see through this...thankfully. It's all about Benghazi, as the original NYT writer admitted.
